Refund policy for Online sales only

Please note that when trying on at home, you should protect the dress from make-up stains or other potential stains including dirty floors, as we will not issue refunds for garments returned to us with stains, tears or any other form of damage. Please do not try on gowns with tan applied within the past 3 days. For bridal gowns, please be careful with tulle tearing if you try your gown on with shoes.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the gown is damaged.

We operate a strict 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the dress must be in the same condition that your received it, complete with tags and in it’s original packaging. Please note that there is no return on shoes

If you wish to return your item, please ensure that you enclose proof of purchase and your phone number, so we can contact you and process your refund, and please ring us in advance to tell us you are returning your dress. Please note that return cost is paid by the customer.

Please be aware that in the case of Bridal sale gowns, they may have some imperfections, these will be pointed out to you prior to purchase, the sale gowns are significantly reduced from their original price, to account for any such imperfections.

If you wish to exchange your item, please first return the original purchase and then we will send the exchange gown once we have received and inspected it. Please note there is no exchange on shoes.

If you are returning a dress, we recommend you use either a reputable courier service or if you use An Post, request a tracking number, you are responsible for the gown until we receive it, we cannot issue refunds if lost in transit.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank accounts, this is not within our control.
